We conduct research and development on robotics and elemental technologies based on our unique social implementation concept, “human-machine synergy devices,” which is a general term for devices that realize functions that cannot be achieved by humans or machines alone, but rather through the synergistic effects of humans and machines. In addition, Hitachi does not develop products in-house, but rather focuses on planning social implementation concepts, conducting demonstrations using prototypes, providing technology, and building business models.
